For SERIS, corporate social responsibility means more than just taking the environment into account. We are committed to finding and maintaining a healthy and sustainable balance between people, our planet, and sound profitability. SERIS’s sustainability policy is based on the ten principles of the United Nations Global Compact regarding respect for human rights, environmental protection, and the fight against corruption.

People, Planet, and Profit

People

Safety and well-being are recurring core concepts at SERIS. Every SERIS employee is properly equipped to perform the tasks entrusted to them. Every colleague is adequately trained and briefed. We encourage our employees to lead healthy lifestyles and to use bicycles and public transportation.

Planet

We want to minimize our impact on the environment. We use fuel-efficient vehicles and are transitioning entirely to electric cars. We sort our waste and use recyclable materials. We prioritize public transportation. For international meetings, we prefer to hold video conferences.

Profit

The SERIS Group is also financially sound. This allows us to invest in our people and the quality of our services. We maintain control and oversight, and we continuously measure the results of our activities. The SERIS Group is not publicly traded and is not dependent on external shareholders.

CO2 Performance Ladder

SERIS is working to reduce energy consumption and CO₂ emissions. We do this in collaboration with our employees, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.

Most of our CO₂ emissions come from our vehicle fleet. That is why we are focusing primarily on:

replacing suitable vehicles with electric vehicles;
planning routes more efficiently and reducing mileage;
monitoring fuel and electricity consumption;
the use of green energy in the office;
reducing energy consumption in our buildings.

SERIS uses 2024 as its base year. Our goal is to improve our CO₂ performance by 10% in 2027 compared to 2024. By 2030, we aim to achieve a 25% improvement. We measure this based on CO₂ emissions relative to the scale of our business operations.

In 2025, our carbon footprint was 205.72 metric tons of CO₂ equivalent. In the coming years, we will prioritize measures related to our vehicle fleet.
