Remote control
Our Security Operation Center can receive, analyze, respond to, and forward all types of alarm signals and video footage. In addition, the Security Operation Center can securely perform a wide range of remote actions. This includes opening and closing doors and gates, turning lights on and off, and operating cameras and intercoms to enable controlled remote access: remote control.
24/7 video surveillance
With camera surveillance and remote monitoring systems, we keep a constant watch on your location. If we notice anything unusual in our Security Operation Center, we raise the alarm and take immediate action. The available data is used both to prevent incidents and to improve the services we provide to you as a customer. A camera surveillance system has proven itself time and again as an excellent solution for remote security.
Always visible to the emergency dispatch center
Every organization has its own specific needs when it comes to surveillance and security. SERIS provides a customized plan and, in addition to video technology, also deploys fire alarm and security systems to ensure your safety. Our control room processes all alarm notifications. To ensure your safety, you can rely on us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Would you like to learn more about what SERIS can do for your company in terms of remote security?
Monitoring
With video surveillance, SERIS staff keep a close eye on your business without having to be physically present on site. Video footage is transmitted to our Security Operation Center, where experienced operators view and monitor it live. If they see people, behavior, or images that don’t fit the normal pattern, security guards will be dispatched to your company to check what’s going on. You’ll only receive a notification if there’s actually an issue. With video surveillance, SERIS keeps an eye on your organization 24/7.
Alert notifications
There are various types of alarm notifications. Examples include burglary alerts, emergency calls, and personal alarms. An alarm may also be triggered by a technical malfunction. To avoid unnecessary action, dispatchers at the alarm center can use camera footage to determine whether it is a false alarm or if emergency services need to be called. In the event of a false alarm, the operator can reset and reactivate the system.
Fire Alarms
A professional fire alarm system can prevent and minimize a great deal of damage. Installation is complex, because a fire alarm system must be 100% reliable. It requires knowledge of systems and organizations, as well as of buildings and certification. No two spaces are the same, so neither is a fire alarm system. SERIS offers custom fire alarm systems. Do you want to protect your business against fire in a simple and effective way? Then SERIS is your partner!
